Apply for Aid: Accepted Students
Those seeking Federal Aid (Loans) are required to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This will determine the student's eligibility for the amount of federal aid one can receive.
Items Need to Complete the FAFSA:
- Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- Completed IRS Forms based on the previous year's tax return
- WBS - Federal School Code: G25162
All students are required to complete the WBS Financial Aid Application. Application is made annually at the beginning of the academic year (fall through spring).
All students who plan on taking a Stafford loan through WBS for the first time are required by federal regulation to complete Entrance Loan Counseling. This should be done as a preliminary step in applying for student loans.
To apply for a loan students must complete a Master Promissory Note. The MPN is a form used by all schools and borrowers to simplify and streamline the loan application process for students.
