Theological Reflection Practical Implementation Thoughtful Shepherd Skilled Practitioner

February 2008. WBS has just announced a revision to the curriculum!

Check out the links in the panels on both the right and left side of this page for more information. Within a few weeks, an electronic copy of the new Academic Catalog will be available in which all of the details will appear.

Ministry in today's rapidly changing world requires leaders to merge two ways of thinking. No theological education is adequate that fails to connect thought, word and deed. Learning at Wesley Biblical Seminary is characterized by the integration of thoughtful reflection and skilled implementation. It's part of what makes us unique.

The commitment of the Seminary is to maintain a balance between personal piety and practical implementation on the one hand and theoretical investigation and academic excellence on the other. The ultimate purpose is to cultivate the disciplines of the sanctified heart, the mature mind, the disciplined life, and a compassion for others.
